Hope everyone is mentally prepared for Sunday's run on the Confederation Bridge - Sarah, Kristy, Emily V, and Shannon, I know you're doing a long run tomorrow to celebrate with us, right?
We'll meet in the parking lot in Borden (on Dickie Road) tomorrow at 5:50-6am. If you are unable to find us, hop on a shuttle to get across the bridge, we'll see you over there:)
Make sure you are physically prepared - well hydrated and fed!
